We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback; you just need to be guest-focused and have a natural ability to deliver service that makes a night out memorable for our guests.

• Greet each guest in a natural and welcoming way

• Keep the bar area organized and visually appealing

• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone

• Collaborate with the team to continually enhance bartending practices and standards
