Research Integrity Advisor in London

Beaton Associates is a real estate brokerage firm involved in the disposal and acquisition of commercial properties, this includes a variety of building types for example industrial, office, retail, student and hotels etc. We are seeking a research assistant to collate information on various commercial properties into a concise presentation document for weekly presentation meetings. Good attention to detail, experience in windows and Microsoft applications essential ~ Salary £29,000 + regular performance bonuses, 8% pension, including free gym access and monthly educational / entertainment and sporting events ~ Office based 8-5pm, all equipment will be provided. Based in Grade A office with roof top terrace (33 Broadwick Street, Soho - above Soho Radio) within the west end of London. ~ Data Collection: Gather data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, interviews, databases, and online resources. ~ Prepare presentations to communicate research. ~ Database Management: Maintain and update research databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. In person interviews/assessment last 2-4 hrs to be held w/c 21st September onwards and if successful will lead to a full time job based in Soho, London *Undergraduate degree, no postgraduate or masters applicants Experience: 2 years of desk-based work experience Home: UK Resident, London based (within 1 hr of 33 Broadwick Street. Proficient with Microsoft applications (excel/word/PowerPoint), although this can be taught. Personality: Good work ethic, wants to learn, passion for research/client interaction
