Own end-to-end delivery accountability across technology, compliance, risk, and operational resilience — ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Delivery Excellence & Governance Reduce delivery variance by 20–30% through robust governance, proactive risk reporting, and structured release management. Implement integration controls, dependency mapping, and operational resilience frameworks to enhance production stability and system reliability. Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices across global delivery teams to accelerate time-to-market.
- Business & Technical Impact Deliver enterprise integrations across workflow automation, compliance, document management, and finance systems, driving 15–25% improvement in operational efficiency. Lead technical debt remediation and platform consolidation strategies, aligned to business risk and investment priorities.
- Domain Expertise in Insurance Broking Deep, proven expertise in: Lloyd’s market operations and underwriting workflows, delegated authority frameworks and risk governance, MRC slips, bordereaux processing, and claims automation, digital operating model design and broker digitalisation.
