Role Purpose
We are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help deliver high-impact, social-first content across some of the biggest names in sport. You will play a key role in bringing campaign ideas to life across fast-moving social channels, working closely with copywriters, strategists, animators and producers. This role is ideal for a designer who understands the pace and passion of sport, thinks in motion as well as static, and thrives in a collaborative, idea-led agency environment.
What You Will Do
- Social-First Design & Creative Execution
- Design social-first creative across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
- Create visually compelling assets for campaigns, match-day content, announcements, promos and reactive moments
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into clear visual systems that work across static and motion
- Motion & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with animators and motion designers to develop concepts, storyboards, layouts and design frames
- Support the creation of key frames, visual references and design direction for animated and video content
- Design with motion in mind, ensuring static work transitions effectively into animation
- Campaign, Print & Brand Support
- Produce design assets for print where required, including posters, event collateral, OOH, programmes and brand materials
- Maintain consistency and craft across brand systems, campaigns and ongoing content streams
- New Business & Creative Development
- Support new business activity by designing pitch decks, credentials and presentation materials
- Contribute to creative ideation sessions, bringing strong visual ideas and an understanding of sports culture and trends
- Delivery & Craft
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, quality and consistency across all outputs
What We Are Looking For
There is no one perfect profile. We are looking for someone creative, ambitious and passionate about sport, design and social content.
Core Skills & Experience
- 3β5 yearsβ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an agency, sports or social-first environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social-led work (sports-related work is a bonus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition across digital and print
- Experience collaborating with animators or motion designers, including storyboards and design frames
- Comfortable working from briefs and feedback, while proactively contributing ideas
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A genuine passion for sport and sports culture
Good to Have
- Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects or Premiere Pro)
- Experience designing templates or systems for repeatable social content
- Knowledge of live, reactive or match-day content workflows
