Role Purpose
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Producer to join our content team and help deliver engaging, high-performing short-form content across some of the biggest names in sport. This is a hands-on role focused on producing platform-native content, particularly vertical video, across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You will be involved from ideation through to filming, editing and publishing. The role is ideal for someone who understands how sport lives on social media, reacts quickly to trends and cultural moments, and enjoys being out capturing content as much as editing it.
What You Will Do (Social-First Content Creation)
- Create short-form vertical video content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Film content primarily on mobile devices (iPhone/Android) at shoots, training sessions and live environments
- Edit video content with strong pacing, hooks, captions and subtitles
- Publish and optimise content in line with platform best practice
Ideation & Creative Development
- Generate content ideas aligned with client objectives and sporting moments
- Spot and act on trends, formats and sounds quickly
- Adapt tone and style across athletes, teams, competitions and brands
- Contribute to content planning and brainstorming sessions
Production & Delivery
- Support content capture at events, shoots and training environments where required
- Work collaboratively with producers, designers, editors and account teams
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver content on time and to brief
Platform Awareness & Performance
- Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends, formats and algorithm updates
- Optimise content for engagement and retention
- Support scheduling and uploading where required
What We Are Looking For

Core Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience creating social media content in a professional, freelance or agency environment
- Proven experience producing short-form vertical video
- Confident filming on a smartphone
- Editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content styles and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work at pace
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for sport and sports culture
Good to Have
- Experience working with sports brands, athletes or rights holders
- Experience filming at live sporting events
- Basic motion graphics or subtitle animation skills
- DSLR or mirrorless filming experience
- Photoshop or template editing experience
- Live clipping or reactive content experience
