Schedule & routing

Western regional lanes (I‑5, I‑15, I‑84, I‑90). Weekly home time. Training requires 4–6 weeks OTR with a trainer.

53' dry van; 100% no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook with occasional live load/unload).

Mileage

Average approximately 2,200–2,500 miles per week (cycle dependent).

Compensation & benefits

  • Trainee pay: $800 per week for ~4–6 weeks.
  • Post‑training pay: base per‑mile pay typically ranges from $0.55 to $0.75 depending on experience and miles;

  • Consistent employment history covering the past 10 years with limited unemployment (maximum 6 months unemployed in the last year and 1 year unemployed in the last 3 years).
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and background checks.
