Beast Mode Truckin is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Class A CDL Regional Truck Drivers. Recent CDL graduates are welcome to apply, making this an excellent opportunity to start a driving career with hands-on support. This role involves transporting freight across the Eastern Seaboard while maintaining full compliance with safety regulations. Drivers must be willing to run during day or night hours.
Job Details
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Regional lanes covering the Eastern Seaboard
- Drivers with less than 6 months of experience will run with a trainer for 4-6 weeks
- Bi-weekly home time: out 12 days, home 2 days
- Paid one-day orientation ($300) at the hub closest to the driver's residence
- Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,200 to $1,400 per week
- $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, based on experience
- $15 per stop pay
- Trainees earn $650+ per week during the training period (differs per state)
- Safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for an incident-free record and 7 mpg fuel efficiency
- Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 training hours
- At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUIs within the past 5 years; no felonies or misdemeanors within the past 10 years
- Stable work history with no major unexplained employment gaps
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (urine and hair)
