Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL Regional Drivers for no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Seaboard. New CDL graduates are welcome, and eligible drivers with less than six months of experience may receive paid training.
Pay and Benefits
- $1,200–$1,400 per week
- $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on experience
- $15 per stop
- $0.06-per-mile safety bonus for qualifying drivers
- Trainee pay of $650 or more per week during 4–6 weeks of training
- Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days
Position Details
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Regional routes across the Eastern Seaboard
- Approximately 2,500 miles per week
- Biweekly home time, typically 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home
- Day and night driving may be required
- Drivers with less than six months of experience complete 4–6 weeks of training with an experienced driver
- One-day orientation at the nearest hub based on the driver’s location
- $300 orientation pay (1 day at closest terminal)
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training
- At least six months of driving experience within the past year and at least one year within the past three years, or eligibility for the company’s training program
- Generally stable 10-year work history, excluding school or training periods
- Fairly clean driving record
- No DUI convictions within the past five years
- No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years, subject to applicable law
- Must not have been terminated from the most recent job
- Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
