Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL regional drivers, including new CDL graduates, to operate on an Eastern Seaboard regional lane.

This position offers structured training, predictable routes, and competitive compensation for drivers beginning their careers.

Compensation & benefits

  • $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and stops)
  • Pay structure: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience) plus $15 per stop
  • Safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident-free performance and fuel-efficiency targets
  • Trainee pay: $650+ per week for drivers with under 6 months’ experience (4–6 weeks)
  • Paid orientation (one day at the nearest hub): $300
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

  • Freight: 100% no-touch dry van

  • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
  • Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
  • Reasonable driving record with no recent major violations or suspensions
  • Employment history consistent with safety and reliability expectations
