Class A Drivers with experience or drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will be running OTR delivering in 48’–53’ flatbed trailers on a dedicated power lane coast to coast. Great earning potential of over $1300.

Responsibilities

  • Operate 48’–53’ flatbed trailers on dedicated power lanes coast to coast: Laredo, TX to Gaffney, SC; Gaffney, SC to Indiana; Indiana to Texas; Texas to Portland, OR; Oregon to SoCal; SoCal back out east.
  • Work with a trailer type specified (flatbed) and maintain on-time delivery schedules.
  • Home every 2 to 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset.
  • Complete orientation at the closest terminal (Laredo, TX; Greer, SC; Gary, IN).
  • Drive during the day or at night as required.
  • Average about 2500 miles per week.

Qualifications

  • Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
  • Must be 21 or older with Valid Class A CDL.
  • Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • Cannot have been terminated from a previous job.
  • No DUI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years; safety to review all criminal history.
  • Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months of work in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years maximum.
  • Must be able to pass a Urine and HAIR pre-employment drug screen.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $1300+ average weekly pay.
  • $0.48–$0.61 per mile based on experience.
  • $65 tarping pay.
  • $140 securement training per day. Training is 1 week on-site at the terminal.
  • Trainee pay $650/week for 4–6 weeks (if under 6 months experience).
  • Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO.
