Overview
Join Beast Mode Truckin as a Class A Regional Driver, where you can earn $1400 a week while enjoying a supportive driving community. In this role, you\βll be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently throughout a designated region. You will operate 53\β Dry Van Trailers on a dedicated lane that allows you to maintain a consistent schedule and build meaningful relationships with your customers.
Responsibilities
- Transport freight safely and efficiently throughout a designated region.
- Operate 53\β Dry Van Trailers on a dedicated lane.
- Maintain a consistent schedule on the Eastern Seaboard Regional running lane.
- Adhere to company guidelines for no-touch freight when applicable.
Qualifications
- Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
- Must be 21+ years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- A fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
- Cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason.
- No DUI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
- Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training; 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
- Must be able to pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay range: $1200 β $1400; average miles per week around 2500.
- $0.55 β $0.65 per mile depending on experience.
- $15 per stop pay.
- Trainees paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months of experience.
- Bi-weekly home time: Out 12 days and home 2.
- 1 day paid orientation at the closest hub location depending on where driver lives.
- Full benefits kick in after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO.
