Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated refrigerated (reefer) account running regional lanes in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. This role offers competitive weekly earnings, frequent home time, modern automatic equipment, and a predictable dedicated route with primarily no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.

  • Running lanes: CO, WY, and UT
  • Solid dedicated account; primarily no-touch, drop-and-hook refrigerated freight
  • Typical weekly mileage: approximately 1,700 miles

Schedule & Home Time

  • Home daily if you live within 50 miles of Aurora, CO.
  • Home weekly if you live within 75 miles of Vail, CO; 85 miles of Rifle, CO; or 100 miles of Aurora, CO.
  • Operations run seven days; drivers must be willing to work day or night shifts as needed.
  • Typical rotations include multiple days at home throughout the week; exact days vary by operational needs.

Compensation & Incentives

  • $1,400–$1,600 per week (based on miles and experience)
  • Per-mile pay: $0.70–$0.80 (based on experience)
  • $17 per stop
  • $1,000 monthly winter driving bonus (November–March)
  • Paid weekly; additional monthly safety and mountain bonuses

Equipment & Onboarding

  • Primarily drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload activity

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age
  • At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months
  • No more than two moving violations in the past three years
  • No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last five years
  • No major moving violations (e.g., reckless driving, excessive speeding, following too closely) in the last 12 months
  • Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test (No SAP drivers)
  • Current DOT medical certificate with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation
