Are you a MIG/TIG Welder who likes variety, proper fabrication work, and not spending every day welding the same thing until your brain starts asking for a transfer? We’re recruiting for an established Warwickshire fabrication business that works across a wide mix of sectors including automotive, specialist vehicles, exhibitions, catering, building products and bespoke manufacturing.
This is a hands-on welding role where you’ll be working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, producing quality fabricated components from technical drawings.
What you’ll be doing:
- MIG and TIG welding on varied fabrication projects
- Working from engineering drawings
- Welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Preparing, assembling and finishing fabricated components
- Checking your own work to ensure a clean, accurate finish
- Supporting the wider workshop team when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a MIG Welder, TIG Welder, Fabricator Welder or similar
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Confident working with different materials
- A practical, reliable, team-focused attitude
- Fabrication experience would be a strong advantage
