We are recruiting for a Production Planner to join a well-established manufacturing business in Rugby. This is a key role within the operation, helping to keep production running smoothly, materials in place, and customer deadlines on track.

The role:
- Planning and scheduling production activity
- Coordinating jobs to meet customer deadlines
- Working closely with production, stores, and purchasing
- Monitoring material availability and production capacity
- Updating planning systems and production schedules
- Helping to reduce delays, improve workflow, and keep the shop floor running efficiently
What we need:
- Previous experience as a Production Planner, Manufacturing Planner, or similar
- Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
- Confident communicator who can work across departments
- Good IT skills and experience using planning, ERP, or MRP systems
