Are you a skilled Fabricator/Welder who takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work? This is a great opportunity to join a specialist Leicester manufacturer producing bespoke metalwork for premium retail, interiors and display projects. This is not repetitive production welding. The work is varied, detailed and built to a high standard, with the finished product often forming part of high-end customer-facing environments.

You’ll be working on bespoke projects using a variety of materials, carrying out both MIG and TIG welding, and fabricating parts from engineering drawings.

The Role

  • MIG and TIG welding
  • Fabricating bespoke metalwork from drawings
  • Working with a variety of materials
  • Producing high-quality, clean welds and finished fabrications
  • Measuring, cutting, drilling, folding and assembling components
  • Working on one-off, low-volume and project-based work
  • Checking your own work to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Supporting the wider workshop team when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong fabrication and welding experience
  • Experience with both MIG and TIG welding
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings
  • Good attention to detail
  • Pride in producing high-quality work
  • A reliable, hands-on attitude

Experience with bespoke fabrication, architectural metalwork, retail interiors, displays, shopfitting or high-end finished products would be a strong advantage.
