Location: Nuneaton

Pay: GBP15.00 - GBP18.50 per hour

If you are a Welder, a Fabricator/Welder, or someone who knows their MIGs from their TIGs and takes pride in seeing something solid and well-made at the end of a shift, we need to talk.

We are on the lookout for Welders and Fabricator/Welders who want to do proper work fabricating real things for real clients in a clean, well-run environment with a team that genuinely knows their stuff. This is skilled work. It is respected here. Whether you prefer your shifts with an early finish on Fridays or you are a night owl who likes their days to themselves, we have options.

What’s On Offer:

  • Choice of Day or Night Shift
  • Days: Mon-Thurs - 7:30-16:30, Fri 7:30-13:30
  • Nights: Mon-Thurs - 16:30-03:00
  • Hourly pay from GBP15.00 to GBP18.50 depending on skills, experience and shift

You will be joining a team that is passionate about what they build. As a Welder or Fabricator/Welder, you will be working with steel either welding from jigs or cutting, folding, welding, assembling the works. If you can read a drawing and bring it to life with a welding torch in your hand, you will fit right in.

Whether you have been on the tools for years or just want to level up from your current shop, this Fabricator/Welder role gives you the chance to do your best work, be recognised for it, and earn decent money while you are at it.

We are looking for:

  • Strong MIG welding experience (TIG a bonus!)
  • Ability to work from technical drawings
  • Experience in fabrication preferably, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering setting
  • A solid work ethic - someone who turns up, gets stuck in, and takes pride in their output
