What's on Offer:- Hourly Rate: Up to £15.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00, Friday: 07:00 - 11:00 (early finish!)
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Overtime: Available during busy periods, paid at enhanced rates
- Location: Coventry easily accessible from Nuneaton, Bedworth, Hinckley, Rugby, and Leamington Spa
- MIG and/or TIG welding of mild and stainless steel components
- Working from fabrication drawings, templates and technical instructions
- Producing one-off and small batch welded parts for automotive and industrial use
- Assisting with general fabrication and fitting work as needed
- Maintaining clean welds with good penetration, finish and alignment
- Working as part of a team on both bespoke and repeat production work
- Experience as a Welder, Fabricator/Welder or MIG/TIG Welder
- Confident welding mild and/or stainless steel
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to spec
- A practical, hands-on approach and a strong attention to detail
- Good team player, reliable and self-motivated
