What You’ll Do in This Role
- Be the first point of contact when checking in late arrivals and walk‑ins.
- Ensure a warm, friendly and genuine welcome.
- Handle duties such as cleaning tasks within the front of house, external and breakfast areas, setting up the meeting room(s) and preparing breakfast for the next day.
- Ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times.
- Evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly in the event of a fire.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with guest complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
