We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Consultant to join a growing UK Microsoft team. This role is focused on the implementation and delivery of Microsoft solutions, particularly across Copilot and the Power Platform, while also contributing to client workshops and pre-sales support.
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will play a key role in turning business needs into tangible technology outcomes—leveraging Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft ecosystem applications and tools. Globally, Microsoft is one of our fastest growing offerings and we have flourishing Microsoft practices in Ireland, Germany, and elsewhere.
Key Responsibilities

- Solution Implementation: Configure and implement Microsoft ecosystem solutions in line with functional specifications and best practices.
- Hands-On Delivery: Be hands-on in building, testing, and deploying solutions, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical architects, project and product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with overall architecture.
- AI and Automation Enablement: Support the integration of AI-driven features and automation using Copilot and Azure AI services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and presenting solution progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Documentation & Handovers: Produce clear technical documentation, user guides, and support handovers to ensure maintainability and smooth client adoption.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities such as preparing demos, participating in workshops, and contributing to proposals and estimations.
- Innovation & R&D: Stay up to date with Microsoft technology advancements, continuously improving personal capabilities and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
Professional Experience / Skills
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft solutions, with a working knowledge of Copilot and Power Platform, along with an understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), Azure, and data management platforms.
- Solid understanding of solution design principles and software delivery best practices, ideally in cloud-first environments, as well as general governance and data security considerations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, and able to translate business requirements into functional specs.
- Experience working in fast-paced project delivery teams, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role, with a proactive attitude and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Contribution to pre-sales efforts including client workshops, proposition building, technical proposals, lead generation, and bid support.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) are beneficial.
