Join BearingPoint as a Senior Manager in the London office. Drive growth through business development and lead talented teams delivering technology related M&A projects (pre‐deal tech due diligence, carve‐out, post‐merger integration and value creation).
Drive sales within the Private Equity and Corporate markets in the UK. Motivate, inspire, and develop a dedicated Transaction Services team in London. Drive delivery excellence within the London office and provide QA and oversight to engagements.
Collaborate closely with BearingPoint's teams across Europe and further strengthen BearingPoint Capital's presence in the UK market. Work closely with key stakeholders, including clients at the CxO & Partner level, to understand their technology needs and deliver tailored solutions & advice during M&A transactions.
Desired Qualifications and Personal Qualities
- Relevant education with strong academic results, preferably at the master's level.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology‐driven M&A advisory role, working with Private Equity and Corporate clients.
- Experience in leading technology due diligence, IT carve‐outs, IT post‐merger integration engagements and tech‐related value creation initiatives.
- Documented ability to provide high‐quality advice to various stakeholders, drive sales, and contribute to growth.
- Strong business understanding and execution capabilities.
- A team player who can work in a collaborative culture and guide the team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
