We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join BearingPoint and support the delivery of technologyâenabled transformation projects. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyse existing processes, design futureâstate workflows, and support the successful implementation of new technologies and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and map current and future business processes to support the technology solution.
- Identify improvement opportunities and help shape more efficient endâtoâend workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear process requirements for technical teams.
- Support system design, configuration decisions, and testing from a process perspective.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Change and adoption focus including change impact and business readiness and adoption.
- Produce clear process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Manage your workstream deliverables, ensuring highâquality outputs and timely progress.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in business process analysis, optimisation, and design.
- Consulting background with experience delivering within technologyâenabled projects.
- Ability to break down complex processes and communicate them simply and effectively.
- Confident facilitation skills and experience running workshops or requirements sessions.
- Experience creating process maps, operating models, SOPs, or change impact assessments.
- Familiarity with transformation methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) is beneficial.
- Comfortable working with technical teams, even if not a deep technologist.
- Ability to work in a structured, organised, and detailâoriented way in a fastâmoving project.
- Desirable: Experience with leasing machinery or construction projects.
