Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to the design of scalable, user‑focused Salesforce solutions aligned to platform best practices.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant (3+ years of experience) ideally gained within a management consultancy or Salesforce Partner environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). If you have experience with industry clouds e.g. Financial Services Cloud that would be desirable.
- Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes.
- Excellent understanding of CRM processes and business operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) highly desirable.
