Role Overview We are actively seeking a Manager to join our growing health sector team within our Government and Public Sector segment. This is a great opportunity to lead transformative projects in the NHS and the wider UK health sector, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AIâdriven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Own the delivery of health sector projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met throughout the project life cycle. Coordinate crossâfunctional teams, including technical specialists, to deliver client solutions. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate challenging situations effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project initiation, delivery, and close. Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and nonâtechnical audiences.
- Team Development: Mentor and support consultants within health team. Foster a collaborative and highâperforming team culture. Contribute to recruitment and onboarding as the team grows.
- Practice Growth: Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations and relationship building. Drive opportunity spotting, insight gathering and intelligence sharing. Help shape the health practice by contributing to service offerings and thought leadership.
