BearingPoint Capital is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale the UK Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) practice. You will define strategy, expand the client base, and build a high-performing team, acting as a trusted advisor to Private Equity and corporate investors on complex transactions.

In this role you will drive M&A strategy and execution through CDD, Technology Due Diligence, and related services, while originating deals and strengthening relationships with Private Equity and corporates.
