The role

We are looking for a People Development Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of our firm‑wide Manager and above (Leadership) development curriculum and supports the firm’s career development and performance management strategy. This role sits within the Firm‑wide People Development Centre of Excellence and is critical to ensuring that leadership and management programmes are delivered smoothly, consistently and to a high standard across the firm. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, internal programme owners and external partners to deliver complex learning programmes in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end operational management of the firm‑wide Manager and above training curriculum, including leadership and advanced management programmes
  • Coordinate programme planning, scheduling, enrolment, communications and delivery for virtual, blended and classroom‑based learning
  • Act as the central operational interface between programme leads, senior stakeholders, faculty and external providers
  • Ensure programmes are delivered in line with the firm's high standards, competency frameworks and development models
  • Manage learning platform, evaluations and reporting
  • Track feedback and operational insights to support continuous improvement of the curriculum and participant experience
  • Supports the firm’s career development and performance management strategy, ensuring career and performance templates, guidance and materials are up to date, consistently applied, and underpinned by relevant training to deliver a strong user experience
  • Frequent travel to domestic and international locations

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or People Development
  • Experience working in Human Resources
  • Experience with career development
  • Experience gained in a professional services, consulting or similar complex matrix organisation
  • Proven track record of managing the operations of learning and development programmes
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders and partners
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to use initiative and solve problems with limited support
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, international environment
