This includes evaluating IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and organisational capabilities to assess technology maturity, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Help clients understand the financial implications of technology decisions in the context of M&A.

  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Europe on engagements spanning multiple industries and geographies. Leverage the firm's international network to bring diverse perspectives and best practices to client projects.
  • Strategic Execution: Support the execution of BearingPoint's firmwide M&A strategy, including involvement in internal portfolio reviews, venture investments, and strategic initiatives that shape the future of the firm's advisory capabilities.
