  • Delivery Leadership: Managing multi‐disciplinary teams and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Commercial Acumen: helping us to identify growth opportunities and shape winning proposals and propositions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: builds trusted relationships with senior NHS and health sector leaders.

Given the varied nature of our work we are open to meeting candidates with different backgrounds and expertise, however we would want the individual to bring at least one of the following sets of experiences and skills:

  • Operational and performance improvement
  • Programme delivery
  • Technology implementation and transformation (EPR, AI, Microsoft, and other digital tools and programmes)
  • Finance and cost improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Own the delivery of health sector projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met throughout the project life cycle. Coordinate cross‐functional teams, including technical specialists, to deliver client solutions. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate challenging situations effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project initiation, delivery, and close. Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non‐technical audiences.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support consultants within the health team. Foster a collaborative and high‐performing team culture. Contribute to recruitment and onboarding as the team grows.
  • Practice Growth: Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations and client relationship building. Drive opportunity spotting, insight gathering and intelligence sharing. Help shape the health practice by contributing to service offerings and thought leadership. Promote BearingPoint's values and commitment to innovation.
