We adopt design thinking approaches to re-imagine how organisations operate to deliver for their customers, employees and wider stakeholders. This may be by examining organisation operating models, implementing new ways of working, developing capability, streamlining operational processes, introducing automation all through.
As a Consultant within our team you will have the opportunity to work on different types of projects across different industries helping our clients come up with solutions to their problems. Our clients include both public and private sector organisations. Our projects range from strategic consulting projects and feasibility studies, through to the delivery of multi-year transformation programmes. Depending on your experience or area of interest, this could include but not limited to; process optimisation, service design, organisation design, digital transformation and change management.

What we look for in a Consultant:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates integrity to do the right thing - for your clients and your team.

- Ability to draw insights from data and use insights to draw conclusions and recommendations.
- Experience in business and process management methodologies and hands on project experience.

What we will look for in your CV:
- 5+ years professional experience, with some experience working in consulting roles (including internal consulting roles).
- Desirable to have completed projects in the Utilities sector.
- Evidence of application of practical experience in business and process analysis roles.
- Evidence of working with data.
- Understanding and appreciation of how technology can support solving business problems.
- Continuous professional growth and development.
