This includes evaluating IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and organisational capabilities to assess technology maturity, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Product Due Diligence: Support the assessment of product strategy, roadmap, and functional/feature differentiation as part of broader due diligence engagements, helping clients understand product maturity (versus competitors) and alignment with business goals.
- Tech Financials Advisory: Provide expert input on IT financials, including detailed analysis of operating and capital expenditures (Opex/Capex), synergy modelling, IT carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimation. Help clients understand the financial implications of technology decisions in the context of M&A.
