These projects will be primarily focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformations and procurement digitalisation projects. As part of this, you will also be involved in procurement systems implementation projects for BearingPoint partner solutions.

Core Experience and Capabilities:

  • 2-4 years of experience delivering procurement projects
  • Experience delivering procurement digital transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay process enhancement
  • Exposure to procurement technology platforms (such as JAGGAER, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua)
  • Strong understanding of S2P best practices and process optimisation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support or lead S2P solution configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct procurement process analysis and support S2P optimisation
  • Drive change management activities including training and stakeholder enablement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional BearingPoint teams on delivery
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and client deliverables

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Working knowledge and experience operating with source-to-pay solutions
  • Strong procurement process experience across Sourcing, SRM, and P2P
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate requirements into solutions
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in consulting environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accreditation in project management or solution development for any source-to-pay solution
  • Procurement or supply-chain certifications such as CIPS
  • Experience supporting multi-country or large digital procurement programmes
