Our team is fully integrated with BearingPoint’s global consulting network - over 6,000 professionals across 75+ countries - providing access to deep industry expertise and operational capabilities that strengthen every engagement.Lead complex Commercial Due Diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality outcomes under demanding timelines. • Provide strategic insights on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities, directly shaping client investment theses. • Advise C-level executives, deal teams, and investment committees on commercial viability and value creation strategies. • Sales & Business Development • Drive origination and growth of CDD and adjacent M&A advisory services, taking ownership for expanding client relationships and market footprint. • Build and nurture trusted relationships with Private Equity, corporates, and family offices, leveraging your professional network to accelerate business opportunities. • represent BearingPoint Capital at industry forums and events. • Confidently position both Transaction Services and Deal Advisory capabilities to maximize cross-selling potential.Practice Building & Leadership • Shape and execute the growth strategy for the UK CDD practice while laying the foundations for international expansion over time. • Recruit, mentor, and coach project managers and consultants; Contribute to global practice initiatives, sharing insights and fostering continuous learning across the network.Extensive experience in Commercial Due Diligence, strategy consulting, or M&A advisory, with a proven ability to lead complex projects. • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management, ideally supported by a strong market presence and network. • Commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that influence investment decisions. • Excellent leadership and people development skills, with experience growing project managers and core teams. • Deep sector expertise in one of BearingPoint’s core industries (technology, healthcare, industrials, business services) is a plus. • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. • Flexible working model with strong emphasis on work-life balance. • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus structure. • Access to BearingPoint’s global consulting network.
