Overview
In this role you will lead delivery across health-sector projects, notably within the NHS and UK health landscape. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholders, and shape outcomes through strategy-to-delivery capabilities, including technology-enabled change. A key focus is leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven solutions to drive measurable health-sector impact. This position sits in BearingPoint’s health sector team within the Public Sector and Healthcare segment, offering growth opportunities and cross-functional collaboration. You will help expand the practice through propositions, client relationships, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own health-sector project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions
- Apply healthcare data and models to drive improvement
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as primary contact
- Mentor consultants and foster a high-performing team culture
- Support business development, including proposals and client presentations
- Contribute to service offerings and thought leadership; promote company values
Key requirements
- Experience in project or programme management within consulting
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Deep health-sector expertise (NHS/health sector consulting or delivery) with ~4–8 years
- Delivery leadership of multi-disciplinary teams or workstreams
