We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team in Swindon and to make a positive impact within our growing business. Managing the design process from Pre Construction through to and including the construction phase for projects up to Β£12m.
Looking ahead and planning all aspects of the project, identifying challenges and bringing imaginative and cost-effective solutions to the table. Looking to eliminate health and safety and financial risk during construction. Keeping a good flow of quality information to ensure pace with the project timescale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial awareness
- Knowledge of software β for example BIM and 4Projects
- Design qualification considered
