The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors and will be responsible for sales objectives, staff management, and overall performance in the region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible, ambitious, and natural leader to join Beard Surgeon in White City as our Kiosk Manager. You will be fully trained in your first 3 months, then take full ownership of our kiosk – especially on weekends, when the Directors attend external markets and events. You will be our top sales performer, lead training for the team, manage daily operations, and help drive growth, with clear pay increases and great performance rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the top seller at the kiosk: lead by example, hit sales targets, and drive revenue
  • Deliver training to new and existing staff: teach product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards
  • Conduct regular 1‑to‑1 meetings with all team members: support development, give feedback, and resolve issues
  • Plan and manage staff rotas, ensuring full coverage and smooth daily running
  • Oversee all kiosk operations independently on weekends (while Directors are away) and assigned weekdays
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, hygiene, and brand reputation
  • Manage stock, follow company procedures, and ensure health & safety rules are always followed
  • Motivate and guide the team to deliver consistent results

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in retail management, team leadership, or fast‑paced store operations.
  • Responsibility: Proven track record of keyholding, opening/closing operations, or managing a site independently.
  • Qualities: Highly responsible, reliable, hungry to progress, and a strong natural leader
  • Skills: Confident in selling, comfortable leading and training others, organised and proactive
  • Availability: Must be fully available to work weekends + 3 weekdays per week
  • Attitude: Able to work independently, take initiative, and set high standards

What We Offer

  • Salary: £25,350 to £27,300 per annum
  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 to £45,000+ per annum
  • Bonus: Individual and Team Performance Bonuses
  • Full training and support throughout your first 3 months
  • Opportunity to grow and shape the team and business
  • Friendly, driven, and supportive working environment
