We are looking for a Proposals Manager to join our Swindon Pre Construction team. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLEFOR, AND EXCELLENT AT:
- Leading and managing the proposals development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, finance, operations and commercial to gather necessary information and resource
- Write, edit and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy and persuasiveness
- Maintaining a database of proposal responses and related documentation
- Managing tender schedules and deadlines, ensuring all milestones are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal management
- Working alongside existing Proposal Coordinator to support them and their continued development
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, organisational and administrative skills
Great attention to detail
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management or similar
- A high level of PC literacy, especially Microsoft family of software packages, inDesign and Photoshop.
