About Bearable:
We provide quick and easy symptom tracking for any chronic health issue. We turn that into powerful insights, to help people work out what most impacts their health and wellbeing. We have a genuinely huge impact on people's lives - just check out our app store reviews!
You will:
- Build features from start to finish: plan, build, test, deploy, iterate
- Collaborate with the product team to help define app features that users love
- Maintain the codebase, ensuring quality and performance, fixing bugs and running tests
- Help our wonderful team! Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and ideas. We are continuously improving
Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of experience in a production environment
- You have 3+ years of React Native experience
- You are technically excellent
- You have outstanding communication and writing skills
- You are proficient in Typescript, code versioning, third-party libraries and APIs

If you're outside of the UK, this position will be permanent and full-time in spirit, but a contract role on paper. The reason for this is that employment outside of the UK comes with significant challenges for a small company like ours.
