BEAR Scotland Limited is seeking a Highway Maintenance Operative with an HGV licence to join our Lochgelly team, reporting to the Operations Supervisor and helping keep Scotland moving on trunk roads. This full-time role includes standby rotas and overtime to support our 24/7 service.
We require a Full UK Driving Licence and Class 2 Licence, plus a track record in roadworks or construction. You must be able to work outdoors in demanding conditions and participate in winter response duties.
