Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a SUPERSTAR CHEF DE PARTIE.
Starting salary of up to 32k including TRONC. Option of 4 DAY WEEK. 5 STAR KITCHEN. FRESH SEASONAL MENU THAT YOU CAN HELP CREATE DISHES FOR. UNLIMITED PROGRESSION. A FUN, FRIENDLY KITCHEN TEAM. 50% DISCOUNT. COMPANY EVENTS.
Duties:
- Successfully manage a section within the kitchen, communicating positively with your team mates.
- Prepare and cook food with care to agreed recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock sections ready for service.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create gourmet comfort food according to the seasons.
Requirements:
- You love being a chef.
- You have previous experience as a demi chef de partie as a minimum and have worked as a chef for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and awareness of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
