This is a hands-on role where you’ll help young people develop independence, confidence, and life skills in a safe, supportive environment.
The Role
You’ll be working directly with young people, supporting them day-to-day while helping them prepare for independent living. No two days are the same — you’ll be involved in everything from practical support to emotional guidance. This role is based in a residential supported accommodation setting and includes shift work, evenings, and weekends.
