Our children’s home is more than a place to live; it’s a place to belong. It’s where children who have experienced difficult starts in life find stability, encouragement, and the chance to change their story. Every day, we work to create a safe, nurturing environment that feels like home: warm, welcoming, and filled with opportunity.

Our purpose is simple, yet profound:

  • To provide safety when life has felt unsafe.
  • To offer guidance when the path ahead has been unclear.
  • To inspire confidence in children who may have forgotten how capable they truly are.
  • To celebrate individuality, giving each young person the freedom and support to grow into who they want to be.

We focus on building strong, trusting relationships, the kind that help children feel seen, heard, and valued. Through personalised care, emotional support, and positive role modelling, we help young people develop life skills, resilience, and hope for their future.

Working in our children’s home means being part of a team that transforms lives in real, meaningful ways. It means showing up on the tough days and cheering even louder on the good ones. It means being someone a child can rely on, someone who helps make their world a bit brighter. Here, every day is a chance to make a difference. Here, you can help create the home every child deserves.

We’re Looking For Adults Who Are:

  • Empathetic, dedicated & patient
  • Motivated to help young people heal and grow
  • Calm under pressure
  • Fun and full of personality
  • Ready to join a team that truly cares

RSW: Previous experience in a residential children's home would be beneficial - but a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for helping children goes a long way.

Team Leaders: Level 3 Diploma or equivalent, 2 years minimum experience in a residential setting or working with children with complex needs, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.

Apply Today. Become part of a team where every shift makes a difference. Your support could change a young person’s future. The days can be challenging and will at times test your resilience, but the outcomes and changes you can make to children's lives are worth every hard day.
