Bear Care Children’s Home is seeking Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference in a child/young person's life.
Competitive pay: £13.71- £17.87, with an hourly rate increase after Diploma completion.
Paid training is provided, with both day and night shifts available on rolling rotas. Full-time and part-time roles are offered.

We’re looking for adults who are:
- Motivated to help young people heal and grow.
- Residential Support Workers - Previous experience in a residential children's home would be beneficial, but a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for helping children goes a long way.
- Team Leaders - Level 3 Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential setting or working with children with complex needs, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
