A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join the UK Beaphar Field Sales Team managing and growing independent pet retail accounts across the South East of England, including the counties of Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex and Kent, amongst others.

About the role

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be the face of Beaphar in your territory working in collaboration with independent pet shops to generate win-win opportunities. Your mission: grow sales, deepen relationships, and expand our presence in the South East of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of product and category knowledge, that can sometimes be technical, to help influence decision making.
  • Drive sales and order taking through new listings, promotions, product training, and merchandising.
  • Build strong, valuable relationships with store owners and staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities using data and onboard new stockists.
  • Represent the brand at trade events, when required.
  • Record activity and report on territory performance.
  • Help and support the wider team to help Beaphar deliver high quality customer service levels.

About you

  • Experienced and successful in field sales, ideally within FMCG, pet, or related retail sectors.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Live in the South East area of England.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft applications and utilising CRM databases.
  • Passion for pets and their healthcare.
