We are looking for an experienced Amazon operations and commercial specialist to support profitability, operational performance and continuous improvement across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces. The role will focus on financial recovery, operational issue resolution, governance and commercial performance management across the Amazon business. Remote-based role within Europe (inc the UK). Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and reporting on chargebacks, shortages and aged receivables recovery
  • Investigating and resolving operational and profitability issues

  • Reviewing NetPPM and internal profit metrics, providing actionable insights and driving solutions
  • Coordinating promotional and event readiness
  • Building reporting frameworks and process improvements
  • Delivering commercial insight and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Is highly organised and commercially minded
  • Can independently manage complex operational issues
  • Is fluent in English. Other languages are a plus

What we can offer:

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience
