Beannchor is one of Northern Ireland's largest hospitality companies including properties such as The Merchant Hotel, Bullitt, Little Wing Pizzeria, The Dirty Onion and The National Grande Café.

The Role will involve:

  • Calculation of accruals and prepayments for the Group.
  • Maintenance of fixed asset ledger for the Group.
  • Maintenance of intercompany accounts.
  • Preparation of month end reconciliations.
  • Assist with the timely production of monthly management accounts for all companies within the Group.
  • Assist with the timely production of the Group’s VAT returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Group’s annual financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of files for annual audit.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and key performance indicators for the Group.
  • Provide cover for payroll clerks' holidays.
  • Assist in the monitoring of financial controls for the Group.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of all financial IT systems for the Group.
  • Actively participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance levels.
  • Observe all requirements under Health & Safety regulations.
  • Upkeep the company’s equal opportunities policy to ensure a neutral working environment.
  • Keep staff/work areas tidy, safe and report any hazard, accident or loss or damage to management.

Essential Skills

  • Strong analytical skills.

The salary for this role is £30,000 to £32,200 per annum. The hours for this role will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
