Overview
Do you have a passion for customer service that matches our passion for pizza? We have an exciting opportunity for full time Waiting Staff to join Little Wing Pizzeria in our Newtownards restaurant. Fancy working with an award-winning team at one of Northern Ireland\’s leading restaurants? Little Wing has grown with ten restaurants across Northern Ireland since opening its doors in 2009, with our flagship restaurant on Ann Street.
The lucky candidates will have a chance to work with leading hospitality professionals in a fast-paced and friendly environment. We aim to make the best pizza EVER!
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service to customers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Support the dining experience to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be driven, with an outgoing personality and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. The successful candidate should be available as needed.
Desirable Criteria
- 6 months experience in a busy table-service restaurant
- NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service (or similar)
- Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
