We are looking for a Porter to join our team at the five-star Merchant Hotel, Belfast. When it comes to hospitality and customer service, we believe we are the best in the business. Therefore, we are looking for the best people to join our award-winning team.

Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent local knowledge is highly beneficial to help guests make the most of their stay and enjoy the surrounding area.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Driving experience preferred but not essential.
