Located in a prime city centre location, wrapping Victoria Street, Ann Street and Church Lane, the hotel is a stone’s throw from Belfast’s shopping mecca, Victoria Square and the lively Cathedral Quarter. Bullitt are currently recruiting for Full Time Reception staff. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner, pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquiries in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Essential Criteria
- One years’ experience working in a similar reception position.
- An understanding of the importance of quality guest service
- Excellent Communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Effective Organisational Skills
- A good working knowledge of Front Office Systems and good IT skills
Desirable Criteria
- One Years’ experience in a hotel reception
