We are looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team at Bullitt Hotel.
At Bullitt we shoot from the hip, we do things differently and your personality really matters! We want someone confident, organised and guest-focused to help lead our overnight operation, support the night team and make sure every guest feels safe, welcome and well looked after.
If you're great with people, have supervisory experience in a hotel reception/nights team or customer service environment, and are comfortable taking responsibility overnight, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
This is a full-time position paid at a rate of £13.32 per hour, with standard shifts 11PM to 7AM.

What you’ll do…
- Support the Night Operations Manager with the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night
- Supervise the front desk operation and ensure arrivals, departures and guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and deliver a friendly, responsive service throughout the night
- Take responsibility for the security of the hotel and its guests during your shift, following all relevant procedures.
- Respond calmly and effectively to guest queries, complaints, incidents and emergencies, escalating matters where required.
- Ensure front office systems, handovers and night procedures are completed accurately and consistently.
- Support cash handling and other front office duties in line with company procedures.
About you…
- At least six months' supervisory experience in a similar hotel role.
- A confident people person with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Someone who understands front office systems and processes and can maintain accuracy throughout the night.
- A calm and dependable decision-maker who can use their initiative and respond effectively under pressure.
- Able to work 11pm to 7am shifts across the week, including weekends, and to attend additional training as required.
- A relevant hospitality qualification, bar or food service experience would be an advantage.
