Maintenance Electrician
The role involves
- All Aspects of maintenance covering Electrical, Plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licenced properties as required working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.
- This role is a competitive salary
The successful candidate will be
- Qualified time served Electrician
- Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years) Ideally within the hospitality service sector.
- Good I. T. Skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.
- For insurance purposes the candidate must be over 25 and have a full UK driving licence
