Belfast’s newest restaurant,Ru, is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our opening kitchen team.
Born from two rich food cultures, Ru blends bold Indian flavours with exceptional Irish produce. Our menu is a modern interpretation of Indian cooking — vibrant, seasonal, and designed for sharing.
Located on Ann Street and open for lunch and dinner, Ru will be the first to open amongst a number of adjoining venues, including a pub, cocktail bar and terrace, vinyl listening bar and club space in 2026.
